Hello Javier, you have now Uruguay in the list, so you have to update your info. Be careful, because when you enter in that page you surname is removed...
When i want to register in HARP say:
Registrations are disabled through this method. In order to register for the HARP forums, you must submit one CONFIRMED recording.
If you have already submitted a confirmed recording, click on 'edit profile' on the main page, then click the 'Register for the board AND edit profile' button.
